PhysioClan provides physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and nutritional support services delivered by registered practitioners. All treatments are clinical in nature and carried out by qualified professionals. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. 2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, by phone, or in person at the clinic. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking. We ask that patients arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the clinic's discretion.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to book future appointments. A cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

4. Payment

All fees are due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods. Consultation and treatment fees are subject to change. Current pricing will always be confirmed at the time of booking.

To ensure you receive the best possible care, we ask that you provide complete and accurate information about your medical history and current condition, inform us of any changes in your symptoms or health between appointments, follow the treatment plan and exercises prescribed by your practitioner, and treat all clinic staff with courtesy and respect.
